At Hjmbike, we stand behind the quality of our performance e-bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the bike or accessories in the original shipping crate or box, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for heavy e-bike shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
